المصنع الجديد الذي يعتبر أحد أكثر مصانع GMP تقدمًا في الشرق الأوسط ، تم بناؤه على مساحة 12000 متر مربع مع 4 مستويات ، تم تصميم الموقع من قبل شركة Shepherd Process في المملكة المتحدة ، وتم تركيب خطوط الإنتاج والآلات الخاصة بها وفقًا للتقنية الإشراف على شركة “تريبل لاين للاستشارات” بالمملكة المتحدة

- اجمالي مساحة الارض 12000 م 2 (6000 م 2 المصنع – 6000 م 2 مستودع) المساحة المبنية 60٪ من اجمالي الارض.
- تم إنشاء المصنع وتصميمه وفقًا لقواعد ولوائح GMP ، من خلال مستويات عالية من النظافة والنظافة ،
- حصل المصنع على نظام إدارة الصحة والسلامة OHSAS (ISO 18001: 2007) ونظام إدارة الجودة (ISO 9001/2000) والمتطلبات العامة لاختصاصات مختبرات الفحص والمعايرة (17025/2005)
- تهدف جميع المعايير إلى استخدام التصنيع كأساس لوضع قواعد محددة.
- يتكون المصنع من 4 طوابق تشمل أقسام (تصنيع – تعبئة – تعبئة – مراقبة الجودة).
- المستودع ارتفاع 12 م مجهز بأرفف ونظام محوسب بسعة (6500 بليت)
- يضم قسم البحث والتطوير 5 مختبرات محددة – هذا بالإضافة إلى مختبر Q C الذي يحتوي على أحدث الأدوات لتحليل المواد الكيميائية – علم الأحياء الدقيقة – فحص التعبئة والتغليف
- كان المصنع يوفر محطة مياه بسعة 4 م 3 / ساعة مياه خالية من البيروجين
- يتم تنظيف جميع الخزانات من خلال نظام مغلق باستخدام كرات رش SS بماء خافت
